1999 was the first time I visited Universal Studios Hollywood -- and I remember enjoying this show! (I especially recall how the building's facade collapsed at the end!) Great memories! Great stuff!

My uncle used to do this show and did the man in blacks character. Loved watching him do the high fall. Truly amazing stunt show. He also went to USJ to do it.

I saw this show in 2001 and loved it. Was way better than the waterworld one IMO. I actually got a photo with you after the show. Thanks for the memories.

LOL. Marsha! I remember this, when they had the Hopper's mingle into the crowd before the show.

Univeral Studios was a yearly ritual for me, my first visit was maybe 1987 when I was 8 years old and it ended in 1994 when we left Los Angeles. I still remember this show as well as Conan, Americal Tail, Animal Actors Stage, and of course Miami Vice. The park has drastically changed over the years, I think the only spot that still exists is the Waterworld location that originally was Miami Vice. Great memories for sure!

If they change this show to another show, they should bring it back and not change forever. This show is awsome.I love it and i would want my country USS do it.

In the early days of the show, the lead actor would actually ride a horse out into the yard at the beginning of the show. They took that part out after a few years. Don't know why. I do remember watching one show where the horse decided to take a dump right after he rode out in front of the audience. Everyone was laughing and the lead actor just looked at the horse like "seriously?" then turned to the audience and said: "Sorry, folks. I can't take him anywhere." Edit: Just realized this was the version in California, not Florida. The horse incident was at USF. My bad.
