I had a beagle. They are nearly impossible to train. They are a hound’s hound. This is amazing.

All the people who think this training is bad has no idea how to train a dog. I have a beagle, and trust me, with a breed that is this food motivated, they need to learn to wait. And it’s not just a training with food, this is helping with just the process of stay and wait. Of course the baby isn’t going to be happy with waiting, but that’s the point. The older they get, the more they are okay with the wait. Also, there is positive reinforcement after, and the dog’s tail was wagging, so yeah. This is incredibly impressive for a three month beagle 👏👏👏

He’s a smart boy. Good training....I wish people weren’t so critical. This dog is not being abused, he’s being trained. It’s good that he’s doing it while the dog is so young. Beagles are SO cute.
