I love the little details in this. The fact that the scientist who was the "handler" of Morel was named Dr. Wormwood, which intentional or not matches an album and song by the oh hellos called Dear Wormwood. The song is about overcoming an abusive relationship, and is written in the form of the victim speaking to the abuser about how they recognize them for how awful they are now and refuse to continue to live in their shadow. Thematically I really like how this can apply to Morel and the doctor. I also love the use of color, and how the portions at the lab are desaturated and dark, whereas with tango everything is bright with a soft yellow glow. Communicating on a base level how different the two are. The flowers as symbolism of Morel's hurt and high emotion too, are so impactful especially contrasting their fear of getting revealed to tango to their "normal" in the lab- you almost always see the flowers in the lab and it just shows how much they were hurting. In conclusion I love this so much.

I love how in this series I'll look through the characters and half of the descriptions are "she's a 19 yr old inspiring paranormal investigator! and the half we be "They're a 2,000 year old god drinking away the sorrows of many lives!" The whiplash between wholesome friends trying to run a small business and eldritch horrors who need therapy is one of my favourite things in fiction and the its just not common enough. Or you get things that play that aspect of conflict between cute and tragic/epicly terrifying just play it for a joke. Taking it completely seriously is just wonderful and gives you this strange intriguing sense of interest. Like in your 'we don't talk about bruno' animatic you'll see sunny sitting around and be like "Cool guy with pretty glasses and horns!" then find out his Title is:Blood God. Love it, thanks for making these animatics they're really great.

I always like how it gives me heavy SCP vibes, It gives a great contrast as to how different, yet how indepth these characters are. They each feel different, have different backstories, but seem to still have a warm place in their heart and are relatable How do you manage this level of story telling?

I was in the psychiatric wing of a hospital once, and some of the kids (13-17) there were treated like Morel, just with less force/security. This type of treatment is real and ongoing.

I was reading the lore for gsga today and watching the older videos- I got Morel for the kin quiz! The website and lore is honestly so cool! I won't be there for the premier but I'm sure it will be awesome- your animatics are always amazingly-drawn and I love the song choices 🍄🪴
