Some of y’all don’t understand the sexual seduction/ abuse and concubinage that black women endured during slavery and y’all honestly need to read the many actual accounts of it rather than romanticize or make excuses for these men. Men who had complete power over these women. She was a slave who could not refuse him and therefore could not consent. And not only was she a slave but a child. It’s so disgusting and confusing to see this romanticized.

Stop blaming this girl cos she was 14 a child. It’s the man’s fault he knew what he was doing and it’s very disturbing. She didn’t have a choice so acting like it’s some kind of consensual relationship thing is not it. She got forced into it, didn’t have a choice, got taken advantage off of / abused and discarded like she was nothing so he got what he wanted from her and saw that she looked like his wife from what I’ve seen and was attracted to her because of that so he used her to have babies with which is sickening. I really wish we could hear HER story, how she felt etc without hearing other people’s accounts of what had happened cos it’s not accurate and they trying to paint a picture of this man who did this as some kind of god’s gift, alpha male etc when he’s not he’s literally a human trafficker like come out and say what he is cos that’s exactly what he is!
