Psalm 148 is a call for the whole cosmos to praise God. In the climactic conclusion of Psalm 148, we read that Israel should praise God because he has raised a horn for them. But what’s the deal with this horn? And why is God lifting it up? In this video, we explore how Psalm 148 fits into the overall story of the book of Psalms—the story of God’s promise to raise up a king who will bring victory to Israel and rescue the world.

I am LOVING the circular group of scrolls to represent the entire Bible. It’s perfect! One unified story that leads to Jesus. I would hang that up on my wall if you guys made a poster.

As a Jew, I love how you’re explaining the biblical meaning of these Hebrew words😁 Sometimes you acknowledge a deeper meaning that I’ve never noticed before despite saying these words on regular basis, keep up the good work! הַלְּלוּ אֶת הָאַבָּא שֶׁבַּשָּׁמַיִם וְאֶת מְשִׁיחוֹ יֵשׁוּעַ!

  • Super interesting as always. Tell your motion designers they are doing fantastic work. It's hard to make textual exegesis look good, but you're doing it so well.
