15 Pieces Boneless Chicken 1 Breast fillet cut into 15 pieces
1 tablespoon Corn flour/starch
½ teaspoon Baking powder
½ teaspoon Salt To taste
½ teaspoon Red chili powder Extra spicy: add ½ teaspoon cayenne peppers
½ teaspoon Black pepper
1 teaspoon Dark soya sauce
1 teaspoon Grated Garlic
1 teaspoon Vinegar - 1 Tsp
1 Egg
1 tablespoon Breadcrumbs Regular or panko
1 tablespoon All purpose flour Maida - 1 Tbsp
1 teaspoon Rice flour
Oil For deep frying
