Dr Anna Monteagudo describes the normal anatomy of the posterior fossa and its contents (cerebellum, vermis, and posterior fossa); and shares the four most common abnormalities involving the vermis, cerebellum, and cisterna magna (Dandy-Walker malformation, megacisterna magna, Blake's pouch cyst, and vermian hypoplasia).
