Thanks for this! This will definitely help me with my full contact training! It’s so hard to find full contact ones when it’s mostly flooded with Muay Thai and Dutch Kickboxing drills/combos

I like the combinations, some good ones to work on. Probably better to work on them in shadowboxing and on the heavy bag first to work on form, footwork and movement before trying them on pads. I'm guessing you have a JKD background as those descriptions your using for strikes like foot jab, hook kick etc are from JKD. Had to turn the volume down though that music was a bit too much for me. Edit: Okay now I get it your the guy holding the pads not the one demonstrating them. Might have been a better idea for you to have been the one showing us this, but thanks for putting these up anyway.

his form is terrible but nice combinations LOL
-
Look before you strike with spinning attack (hook, tornado, back kick...) or you end up miss the target
-
Hi Richie, Love this video, but there are 21 videos instead of 32. Any chance of putting up the remaining 11? Kind regards, Azhar
-
Yes his form is terrible, to fast not following through his punches and rushing his kicks -not settling down with the stance and then kick,
-
The struggle of a Southpaw having to read everything back asswards.
-
wrong names!! " foot jab " doesnt mean anything.. you mean a teep. also, those were (poor) round house kicks, not hook kicks
-
Amazing combinations put together there, how many types of kicks are there in kickboxing? Finding it hard to study not all the information is out there. :-)
-
Front kick snap or thrust and cross is what its called not foot jab

Thanks
