  • I love that Jinger was able to keep her faith and love for Jesus, while disentangling herself from the rest, and I love that she's sharing to help others to do the same. I can clearly see how much more depth she has now in her faith.
  • @MamaBoots007
This conversation will change lives......Praise God for His hand on her life.
  • It’s so important that we share the distinction for our children between Bible commands and what are personal standards based on how the Lord has led us. I’m so glad that she addressed that!
  • @danaleedavis9144
I relate to her on the fact that I have been disentangling from the LDS faith. So, many like me who find out the LDS church is false, give up Jesus. I love Jesus. And I always will. Thank you for the beautiful example and testimony, Jinger.

I grew up in a very religious family. Once I got old enough to read the Bible and understand it for myself I started to realize things were off and growing up thinking God was just waiting for me to mess up so he could punish me was WRONG. The love God has for us is unmatchable. And how he longs for relationship with people.
  • It's AMAZING how much Jinger has grown up and changed coming unto her own woman..So glad she spoke up and out..Such grace
  • @heatherrains2048
So proud of you Jinger! Your grace and humility are beautiful!

What a wonderful interview...I can completely see the two of them truly stepping into ministry to set captives free that are held bound by a religious system instead of a true relationship with God. There is a shift occurring that is causing many to awaken to the righteousness of Christ and not the traditions of man.
  • She “re-examined” and “unraveled”....this is a great testimony! We all need to extract the good and do away with questionable teachings. They are an amazimg couple! ❤

Jinger is so well spoken and has an ease with her knowledge that is needed when teaching the word of God. God bless this family.
  • @Funnymombecca
I really respect the way in which you’re going about this topic. It doesn’t sound like you’re bashing your family at all. You’re just sharing your story and your journey without dragging other people into it. I respect it.
  • I love Jinger and her love for the Lord and her hunger for truth! I grew up identical to the way she did and am also still unraveling truth from error. But I respect the fact that she didn’t let go of the good things she was taught but just the unbiblical things. This is what I’ve strived to do as well. So many of my friends who were raised with me in the same cultish church have left faith in God and BIBLICAL boundaries and just gone wild. To me it’s so sad when one can’t see the good that they were taught and extract that if you will, from the bad. Jinger I’d such a light shining in darkness and I’m so glad she is using her platform to still glorify God.
  • I'm 73 and can relate COMPLETELY! Raised in a fundamental Baptist church I had so much fear and then bitterness later in life. My phrase was, I always felt as if God we're standing over me with a baseball bat. As a teen I went to a drive in movie. I continuously looked to the skies expecting the Lord would return and catch me there and punish me. I never believed I would be good enough for Jesus no matter what. So my life turned to MANY years of promiscuity. Praise God, He continued to love and mold me and at age 70 I finally realized and found true freedom in Christ through His Word! Thank you Jinger for speaking for so so many of us tangled in a web of fear and legalism.❤
  • Beautifully articulated, Ginger has a ministry to share her story with people with a background of wrong teaching. Therefore , setting them free with the truth. She accomplishes this without attacking those in the wrong. Beautiful job ,Ginger! I pray God will bless you
  • @rosered3608
I’ll say it again. Go Jinger Go. She is spreading good news.
  • Thank you for sharing this. It really helps someone like me, who wants to love the Lord, but how I hate legalism. I’m working on disentangling, so thank you.
  • What a great conversation, thank you Kirk for hosting Jinger, your team did a great job!!
  • @go1tigers
What an incredible interview. Jinger is so soft spoken that's what makes listen to her so easy.

This girl rocks. She has her faith and lives life how she chooses. Being a far better parent than she was cursed with. Gotta admire that!!!
