My favorite pasta ever! We cook it every Christmas at our house. I met you Lidia when you were taping an episode in Naples, where my husband is from. You were very gracious to us! I still have the picture we took together!

If you add a couple of tablespoons of butter at the end and shake the pan to emulsify the butter into the sauce then you have and incredible dish.
