    I’m glad you are feeling better. I’d say that overall I’m doing ok. Some days better than others with my anxiety/ocd.
  • teletherapy isn’t working super great for me either. i feel like i can get easily distracted and i’m just not good with video chats in general. i’d much rather be doing this in person, but unfortunately because of all that’s going on, that’s not an option for me right now. but as soon as i’m able to, i’m going back to in person sessions! i don’t even mind having to get ready and leave the house to go to those sessions. i’d much rather do that than be at home with a video session.
  • Honestly I feel the same way because I’m moving out of state as well. With my family but also it’s kinda scary but how do you do it? I won’t know many people eaither I met someone where I’m going but that’s it I maybe in quarantine there too.
