  • Great victory for the Bravos tonight, this was a pitchers game up to the very last inning before the Braves broke it open in the 9th, Darius Vines was very solid in his seasons debut, I admit I had reservations about him due to his lack of velocity but his change-up made up for it so we'll see how things go from here, Marcell extended his hit streak to 14 games, great night overall and so let's continue to roll, GO BRAVES!!!!!!!

Amazing win for the braves. The pitching today was much much better than some of the previous games. Vines was really impressive and the bullpen was great, bummer, pierce, minter, and chavez were all great. That 9th inning the offense provided ton of insurance. Acuña and Riley specifically were great, and ozuna extends the hitting streak. Great win once again, lopez on the mound tomorrow. Let’s go braves #ForTheA

A loss for the Asterix is a win for all of us

Spencer Arrighetti came out early on striking the Braves stars out he played for four innings then he was out the game. The Braves didn't really start scoring to the 9th and that was enough to seal the game in get the win. The Astros are in trouble early in this new season.⚾

That game was definitely closer than the final score indicated. Nice job by vines and bpen….good win by the choppers.

Incredibly ironic that Josh Hader gets knocked around on Jackie Robinson Day.

As a rangers fan, this makes me happy. As a fan of baseball though, seeing a low scoring pitchers duel for 8 innings also makes me happy. Miss those days of dominate pitching where no one was concerned with pitch count. If a pitcher is hot let him go

It's always a great day when the Astros lose.
