FBI expert testified he was not killed by a car. That´s you need to know
  • Why are people so invested in convicting this woman. Accident reconstruction team testified this was not from a car accident
  • I think it was obviously a waste of Taxpayer money the first time. D.A need to really think hard before wasting even more money💰😢

The Commonwealth and Morrissey need to bite the bullet and dismiss this case. They know they know they have no actual evidence that she was drunk. They have no actual real evidence that she did anything to her. John the experts said he was not hit by a car that it’s impossible so that should be the end of this case.

I think the police should select more professional detectives.
  • negotiate away the Physics and Biomechanics? did this professor watch the Arca testimony?

Polarized, Yes. That being said, the Jury merely had to weigh the strength of the evidence (largely circumstantial) in the Commonwealth's case and determine whether Karen Read killed (intentionally/unintentionally) JO beyond a reasonable doubt. I am NOT a lawyer nor was I a Juror. I was simply playing along at home. In my opinion, it was the actual investigators that introduced actual doubt themselves by their shoddy and questionable behavior/actions. Putting aside the Alberts and the McCabes' incestial relationship with the police (and meddling in the investigation), they merely didn't prove their case. I too want the person responsible for the death of JO held accountable in hopes the family can find peace. However, there would be no peace, rather only continued uncertainty as to whether the police had had the right person from the start

"hos long to die in the cold" at 2.27 am. Read was back home at 12.36 am...... etc... ignoring that?
  • Not unless bruising miraculously appears on O'Keefe's torso, legs, feet, other arm, and retroactively search the house on the property where the body was found.

Lolly knows the truth, but he's a liar

Let’s mot forget, the physics showed that what the prosecution alleged couldn’t have happened. It’s impossible.

Why in the world would the government brought a murder charge against its citizen without accounting for every injury on the victim?
  • They were definitely dog bites on JO’s arm, Karen did not have a dog 🐕 with her!!
  • Did this woman watch the trial and see the experts that proved that his death was not caused by a vehicle? So frustrating.
  • CW presented an emotional case with the JOK family present everyday. We need cases that are determined on evidence, without restrictions from judges denying evidence coming in. The jury are entitled, like defendants to have cases heard on facts with ALL relevant evidence presented.

They should think twice before going for round 2. With what’s going in the area with the police involved in the Sandra Birchmore case would be foolish. They would be again, putting a spotlight on the horrors of X-trooper Proctor and the rest of the police departments lack of ethics. I feel it would be in the best interest to have this go away for the MSP and all involved ASAP!

4:21 They tried not to bring Proctor into testify. He wasn't on the prosecution's witness list, and they did what they could to notnhave those awful text messages come out in court for the world to hear. What halpened is exactly what the professor has stated that his name was brought up so many times that they HAD to call him up to the stand instead of waiting for the defense to call him as a hostile witness.

I'm surprised that there was anyone that saw this case as the jury saw it and thought she was guilty beyond a reasonable doubt here. There was just too many questions about the evidence. I am very pleased that Proctor has been kicked. Hos behaviors were more than awful.
