I come home from Subway after a long shift, and what is the first thing in my notifications? Yep, I thought I temporarily escaped. It turns out you never escape. Subway is watching you everywhere.

One thing I like about your channel, and YouTube in general, is it’s a good way to learn things you didn’t know before. It’s quick and easy, digestible information that expands your knowledge and how you interact with the world around you. Before watching this video, I knew what bread was. Before watching this video, I knew what cake was. And at the start of the video, I was so excited to learn more about what makes bread bread and what makes cake cake. Yet here I sit, at the end of the video, now living in a world where the line between bread and cake has become so blurry that bread and cake have ceased to exist, and somehow exist simultaneously side by side. You have dropped me in the middle of Shcroedinger’s bakery, and I will never find my way out.

I love how the intros are recognizable that they are similar but still very different

I love that the intro is like exactly 10 seconds long. I can literally just double tap the right side of my screen and the theory starts

I think if you’ve tried bread made outside the us, you’ll realize that standard American bread is basically cake in every other country. It contains way too much sugar and butter.

You should do a theory about whether those “tiny foods that grow huge in the oven” in future movies, and whether they could be possible!

Every episode ends the same...with me thinking “I can’t believe how much I love this show!” Another hit! Thank you for delivering healthy brain food that always leaves me feeling both entertained and a little smarter than when I started. Outstanding!!

There is so many memories I have while gaming and listening to matpats theory’s in the background and when I listen back to the video again it always makes me smile ☺️
