I don't know if ID software ever thought it this way, but I just realized how the e3m8 was actually a test of have you learned how to fight against d'sparil's ultimate creation; the disciples? or more to say, counter them since you wasn't really supposed to kill them. he himself never was the hard part there, but to kill him in the middle of like 50 disciples shooting at you from every direction. perfect final battle to a perfect game i'd say.

Puedo decir sin temor a equivocarme que D'Sparil es mi jefe final preferido de todos los tiempos. La primera vez que lo vi fue en la portada de Hexen (si no es el caso que alguien me corrija si estoy mal) y desde ahí se me hizo un personaje sumamente misterioso. Lástima que estos 2 grandes juegos no tengan una luz de esperanza de ser relanzados como remakes o algo así :(

If this theme didn't awaken your inner warrior, then D'Sparil won the battle before you even fought him. Also, this same theme made The Graveyard fun to explore too!
