Obviously Desmond uses Connor's moveset because of the fact that it is a videogame with limitations. But in-universe, after going through the bleeding effect and learning to fight first as Altaïr and then as Ezio, the fact that he chose Connor's moves shows that he was the most effective, brutal combatant of them all

The dialogue by charles less "can't wait to join the ORDER" is nice hint to them being templars, not assassins.

THANK YOU for reiterating the Six (out of seven) Methods of Salvation from this and knowing that it is the methods. Most people think that Juno was recounting the Isu's history, thank you for knowing otherwise.

Fantastic video. One of my favorite games in the series. A revolutionary game, if I do say so myself. Probably my most played. The dynamic weather was incredible, the improved parkour was incredible, and the story was so captivating and emotional, both Connor's and Desmond's story.

If you start doing Black Flag and Rogue it might be useful to have a timeline visualisation

What sucks is that Juno's arch is forgotten and resolved in an effing comic book. She's revived and killed in the same comic issue and is completely forgotten about. All this build up so that most of AC fans don't even know what happened to her. It honestly felt like she disappeared and was just completely forgotten about.

Hearing you narrate these games is so mesmerizing. Youre a storyteller who truly understands and ponders the inner minds and motivations of the characters and you present those perspectives in such eloquent and heartfelt ways its impossible to imagine how expert writers didnt manage to transmit the same ideas about the story the way you do. Your words truly fix and solve many of the plot points people have struggled with regarding the newer AC games. Amazing channel. Im binge watching your content right now

such a good series. This was the last of the assassin games that i played I felt like the world was saved and that was the end. I must of quickly forgot about Juno now being unleashed on the earth.

I think this video (as well as your other story recaps) show off the capacity for retelling stories to be an art itself. Your selective use of relevant clips, change in perspective, addition of a sort of third person internal monologue, all choices which heighten and elevate the story in a way the game does not itself. This video isnt a simple summary or regurgitation of ACIII but instead an adaptation. You really are a fantastic storyteller.
