We asked you to send in decks that were under 100€ using the Cardmarket Shopping Wizard. We picked one at random and, if it can beat Izzet Murktide, we mail it to you. Of course, for this challenging task, we could think of no better pilot than @MengusWorkshop himself!

always a pleasure to have andrea around. Would be fun if Carl took more of a villain vibe here :D

Zuran Orb is incredible in this deck. Such a cool way to give it redundancy that the Pioneer deck doesn’t have

My favorite part of the channel is when Carl says a sentence so long that he runs out of breath at the end ❤

Good grief what a match, especially the last game. The combo deck combos twice, had a life total over 100, nearly decked out, and still had to worry about the clock from Murktide. And of course the whole thing is being played through by two of the nicest and most talented Magic content creators and accompanied by the channel’s typical high production quality. Bravo Andrea and the lucky viewer, well played Carl, thank you again Cardmarket.

"I bolt myself" Carl showing he is truly the best magic player, even when losing he wins
  • I rarely comment but this was an awesome video. Things I love in this video: - chemistry between Andrea and Carl - them having lots of fun - competitive budget decks - very close game 3 - Adrea comboing off twice on the same game - the editing with the triggers helpers sliding in and out, the animations on the scrys and expressive iteration hits (especially the fetch) Congrats guys, this is Magic content at its peak: friendship, gameplay, ambiant, vulgarisation for newer players, production and editing.

Carl describing the stack as a queue broke my CS brain
  • Andrea Mengucci? IMMEDIATE click, my favourite ranker of card technologies

I love these budget versus episodes, it's fun seeing what's lurking below the surface of big formats! Please keep them coming!
  • The Pro-player of the People. Having him pilot the deck of the people is really the way to go.

I love the way these videos are edited. Especially when the game is put on pause for the pilots to explain their logic behind certain moves makes me feel like I’m becoming a better magic player. Phenomenal job as always. <3

Love to see Andrea playing paper. He's very charismatic, and he's a great fit for the channel when he's available.
  • Shout out to your video editor(s). That match had a lot going on, but it never felt like it was dragging nor did I feel like I missed any gameplay. And there was enough banter between the players to keep it light and fun, but, again, without slowing things down. Excellent work all around. And very much appreciated.

Andrea: "I gain 69 life..." Carl: "Nice."

Carl and Andrea are the most chill combination. There is an overload of happiness in their presence.
