As an American, I love all the Pomp and Circumstance and traditions! My maternal great grandfather was English and my grandmother spent her summers in the UK. My grandmother said she never understood ‘British Humor,’ but she said I did from an early age.’ She told me I laugh at the same humor my great grandfather did, though I never knew him. I find it interesting how family traits pass from one generation to another! One day I hope to cross the pond and spend a few weeks in the UK! 🇬🇧 🇺🇸

Great Tourist Attraction in England. Hip Hip!!

No country shows the honors to the military like the United Kingdom, the island that as an empire left behind roads, schools, trains, infrastructure for newly emerging nations to build on as they sought independence. English literature is part of our American education, including advanced degrees in English lit.
