Excellent video! Thank you for taking the time to do this. It saves guys like me, who don't have a ton of time, from having to do all this testing myself. You definitely answered some burning questions for me! Keep up the great work and I'll keep watching!
  • @PhiferFishing
Really like seeing this testing. The sound testing was great. Don’t think I have seen anyone else capture it so well or even try.
  • @shaundendy2173
I'd personally like to see a fixed blade broadhead test with a lower/average poundage bow like around 60-65 pounds and shorter draw lengths like 28/27.5 and shorter.

My favorite is the deadmeat. The improvement to sharpness they made with the v2’s is seriously notable. Love the vids!!

I was amazed by how much the change in fletching tightened the broadhead grouping significantly. You did a good job with setting up this test, however sprinkling in some more science with a few improvements to the experimental design and analysis could go a long way in making a test video like this even more definitive resource that your audience can use to choose equipment based on how you shoot them. What you are doing here is very valuable because you are a talented archer that we know is consistent in form and aim testing top tier equipment with such slight variations as broadhead/arrow/release and showing the results. This type of info is usually only obtained through coaching or personal trial and error which is usually costly and can be frustrating because most of us don't shoot as well as chris. I am imagining a blinded test controlling for more factors where chris is handed various test arrows in a randomized order. This could control for many confounding factors that could call into question the results. Bump the sample size up a bit for each sample and you can run some simple but powerful statistics to make the comparisons and provide context for your conclusions. I think a LOT of consumers would be interested in that type of video where you examine one or more variables in a shooting setup and provide unbiased testing. I for one would really like to see if helical fletching improves broadhead precision and if arrow center of mass matters much.

Loved this test. Especially the longer range accuracy test and the sound test! Making me want to get out and get my broadhead testing going for this season! Less than a month away for me!
  • Glad all yall make these videos helps me choose whats best for the season. I'd like to see most all the broadheads tested to see what's better then another I'd also like to see the fixed blades compared

Production manager at Grim Reaper here… Fun video to watch!
  • @vfonte218
Cool video and enlightening because of how good of an archer you are. Rocket broadl heads were always my favorite expandable. You should also included the sevr. I love ramcats for fixed and they group the best for me. Please do more of this testing because your level of skill shows so much!
  • @Dr10Jeeps
Excellent video and a good (and fair) field test of the performance of the different mechanicals because you are such a good archer and thus human error is minimized from shot to shot. As always, I love your videos Chris. Thank you.
  • @daltonteague9613
great video!!!! you really broke down every point down about the broadheads, keep up the good work!!!
  • @dksizzr
Thanks for all the great information on this. Broadhead test helps out quite a bit.
  • @calebh7868
Awesome test. Probably better than most tests especially with such a good shooter. Looking forward to the fixed blade test.
  • @GhillieFrog
Yes !! More testing like this!!! Great video Chris and Riley.
  • @guyboutin4940
Great video. Very insightful. Thanks Chris! Makes me wonder if we should always use a 4 fletched arrow for hunting…
  • @bylandbaker1995
I love the information videos like this! I’m honestly hoping for another cheapest broad head test 🤞🏽lol. I loved the last one you did!
  • Love this kind of video, would be neat to see the same with fix blades also
