Itās funny how squatters can show fake receipts and leases and they are able to stay for months at a time. Canāt even get those suckers out. But when you have someone who legitimately paid, signed a lease, viewed the property, and moved in, they have to be out within 24 hours š

It happened to me this past December and now Iām staying with my Sister until I find another place. These scammers are getting more and more craftyā¦be careful out there yāall!!!!

I couldnāt imagine what this is like and I donāt want to. This is so sad. She was already homeless for over 2 yrs and ends up in the same position after loosing all or her money smh. I hope that thereās a GoFundMe set up for her somewhere

Why would you send a landlord cash app rent ? You know that's a scam because you're suppose to pay your rent online with their website.

This couldāve been me. I drive by that home and considered applying many times. However, the scammers are so deep lately Iām afraid to apply. Iād rather keep pay my over priced apartment rent till I can save up enough to purchase a home.

Praying for you and praying for a blessing for you and your babies, haven't been scammed but ran into over 20 of them. I knew it was a scam when I would ask questions and they would hang up and block me.

Even though sheās not squatting there are still rights and the owner has to pay a lot for a 24 hour eviction or a 30 day notice, period.

Do the caps program still exist because the kids should be there so she can get some things done....she need resources. This new Atlanta aint no joke. This kinda stuff didn't happen before all these folks came down here. You never heard about none....
