    trying this for a month, i started yesterday!! day 1: ✅ 2x day 2: ✅ 2x day 3: ✅ 2x day 4: ✅ 1x sick but did it day 5: ✅ 1x sick but did it. my skin feels tight day 6: ✅ 2x i can see difference!! my jawline is so much more visible day 7: 2x ✅ day 8: ✅ 1x my double chin is less visible ^_^ day 9: ✅ 2x! day 10: ✅ 1x my face looks smaller! day 11: ✅ 1x AAAA IM BUSY I GOT SO MUCH SCHOOL WORK SO IM DOING 1X EVERYDAY day 12: ✅ 1x! day 13: ✅ 1x my face is slimmer day 14: ✅ 2x day 15: ✅ 2x AAA PROUD OF MYSELF I USUALLY GIVE UP QUICK! day 16: 1x ✅ day 17: 2x✅ i forgot to update yesterday day 18: ✅ 1x my double chin is literally gone omh. day 19: ✅ 2x YIPPPEE i feel more confident now ngl day 20: 2x ✅ forgot to update day?21: ✅ 1x NO I ACTUALLY SEE CHANGES WHATTT day 22 i think, i dunno i might have forgotten to update before: 2x ✅ i don’t regret starting this at all, this is your sign to start doing it. i feel much more confident now!     I am doing this excercise since last 3 days and will do till 2 weeks Day 1- felt a little burnt in lower part of my face Day 2- it felt burnt today too Day 3- did it, my jawline started to get visible Day 4- I was feeling the tightness in my face skin, its the sign!!!🎉 Day 5- I did this before sleeping because of my busy schedule and now my parents are also saying that my face is becaming short and glowing, i can clearly see my jawlines day 6- I am really happy by seeing the changes everyday, my jawline is getting more sharp🤩🤩 Day 7-❌ Day 8-❌ Day 9-❌ I was not able to do this exercise for 3 days because i was having high fever and i will again start it from today Day 10- Feeling a kind of burnt in the lower part of my chin and as i didn't did this exercise for 3 days my progess declined😢😢💔💔 Reminder:- Stay Hydrated!!! Day 11- ❌ i am still having high fever i will resume this when i will be fine🤒🤒 Day 12-❌ Day 13- Finally i am fine i will resume my exercise from today I did it after so many days and feeling fit from my face, my lower part of faced was getting tight💫💫 Day 14- I can clearly see my neck bone , i am really happy with this results i will continue it for one more week to get perfect results Day 15- ✔✔ Day 16-✔✔ Day 17- ✔✔ Day 18-✔✔ Day 19- ✔✔ Day 20-✔✔ Day 21-✔✔ Finally i got the perfect results but u have to continue it if don't want to get double chin again I feel good with this results i have perfect jawline and visible neckbone Remind me by liking the comments plz

    Going to start doing this everyday Day 1: ✅️ I felt a burn & it did hurt a bit Day 2: ✅️ Felt relaxed Day 3: ✅️ Tired but succeeded Day 4: ❌️ Day 5: ✅️ Did twice bc of yesterday Day 6: ✅️ Day 7: ✅️ Day 8: ✅️ Day 9: ✅️ Day 10: ❌️ was lazy Day 11: ✅️ x2, can see a light difference Day 12: ✅️ Edit: After a month of ❌️/✅️ I highly suggest this workout. I feel much lighter & my face feels tighter than before. Besides this workout, I do other workouts & I'm careful of what I'm eating. We shouldn't be ashamed of how we look! We're perfect in our ways ✨️

    Just decided to do this everyday because I am so insecure about myself Day 1: ✅ hurted a little bit, no difference yet though. Day 2: ✅ no problems at all, it was so easy to do it today. Day 3: ✅ Day 4: ✅ definitely starting to see difference in my jawline, but not when it comes to double chin and chin fat, it's still there. Day 5: ❌was way too tired to do it, but i'll do it tomorrow Day 6: ✅ Day 7: ✅WOW.. I CAN SEE SO MUCH DIFFERENCE FROM DAY 1 TO NOW. Day 8: ✅ Day 9: ✅ Day 10: ✅ Day 11: ❌was way too tired. Day 12: ✅ Day 13: ✅ Day 14: ❌was too tired to do it. Day 15: ✅ Day 16: ✅ Day 17: ✅I CAN SEE SO MUCH DIFFERENCE, WOW.. Will keep going until I'm satisfied with the results, but I probably won't update that much while doing so. UPDATE AFTER 1 MONTH OF DOING THIS, I didn't put like the day 18: ✅/ ❌, because I didn''t feel like it. But now I'm updating once and for all. So it has now been a month, from the start i already had a very great jawline, a little bit slim face, but double chin. After this month of doing this, i've got an amazing jawline, a very slim face, a more thin and long neck, really slim face, just everything my face needs. I've also been doing 2-3 other exercises, and i will still keep doing them. To this day i'm so happy to have these results, my face is so beautiful, and i can definitely recommend doing this as a side exercise while doing a little an other exercise that might do a little bit more change. But either way, this exercise video definitely helped!

    Doing this every day until I see a difference Day 1: I don’t feel a difference right now but from the comments I hope I will soon! I also did a daisy leech workout and a slim hands one before this so it was more of a warm down! ✅ Day 2:✅ Day 3: Day 4: Day 5: Day 6: Interact to keep me motivated, although I might miss some days because I have a cruise!!! * EDIT* I honestly forgot about this comment lol. I have been doing it for about a month now and I can really see a difference. You guys should def try it!!!

    this is my 7th day of doing this once a day and my neck muscles are much more visible and my face is slimming down quite a bit! to everyone who is un sure if this works it really works so well and I encourage everyone to never give up and keep going until you reach your goals!! edit: updatee I recently started doing this and the 9 min one when I have the time right before bed, and results aren't instant you gotta be persistent! but it is worth itt

    Day 1: Felt relaxed after all the workouts I done.✅ Day 2: No difference but relaxing.✅ Day 3: I noticed a slight change in my double chin. It was much smaller than usual. I am also dieting and working out every day.✅ Day 4: WOW! I noticed my neck muscles are more visible!✅ Day 5: Really relaxing. Face is slimming!✅ Day 6: OMG. Mizi this workout is awesome. Cant wait to see more results on my face!✅ Day 7: Completed.✅ Day 8: I feel much more confident with my face now.✅ Day 9: Was SUPER tired and this got me relaxed!✅ Day 10: YES!!✅ Day 11: Did it again.     this by far has to be one of my fav workouts . whenever i finish i feel more confident in myself and when i look in the mirror i feel much better . i hope that everyone who does this workout will feel more confident and proud of themselves . dont give up :)
