My neighbor did this same experiment. He caught me on his trail cam.
  • Imagine being stuck in the woods with no food and you randomly come across a cooked chicken lmfao
  • They can smell you on the trail cam. That’s why some are scared to come over.

Let me know if you'd be interested in leaving a trail cam and some cash on my front porch.

As someone in the vet field it seriously skeeves me out that he handles the food after its been slobbered on by wild animals without gloves. Sure hope he washed his hands 😪 zoonosis and parasites are no fun, people have died from not being careful

Cooked bone can break into shards and seriously damage the gastrointestinal tract of the animal. You should remove the bones before leaving it

That bear wasn’t a baby bear I believe. Looked like a starving bear, very thin and super hungry obviously. Makes you feel sorry:/
  • @hahnoob6658
The bear was not chilling It was waiting for the chicken to respawn.
  • I can’t even leave chicken wings in my fridge without my roommates stealing them. I might as well move to the woods with these wild animals.

that wasn't a baby bear, it was also very thin, for a bear. He seemed very hungry to keep licking that spike.
  • My dad left a chicken in the woods over night when I was a kid......man, I was terrified!

Everyone is complaining about chicken like bears and raccoons have not pilfered cooked food items from trash cans and campsites.

I often leave a Costco chicken and a trail cam near the fridge. I know not to feed the wildlife but my kids need to eat.

So, he's freaked out by the spider, but not bothered by the eyeballs in the background?
  • One day animals will develop culture and tell stories of the metal spikes that miraculously fed their ancestors

That bear is me checking my fridge in the middle of the night.
