    It only works for editing restricted only. I lost password. I saved the documents in word. When I try to save it to rich text format. It asked me password. The save us is inactive.

    Thanks for this good video. I used to be able to edit my own WORD docs on my PC. But recently when I tried to alter a word, or add a few words, I could not type in the correction. Instead it highlighted a few lines of text, near my editing point, and the deleted those lines, without action by me! Any ideas how to correct this?
