Sunset and evening time often is a very sad time for some people. They have time to stop and reflect.
Many people prefer to be busy than face solitude and introspection.

If today was a bad day for your English, you simply need to reassess where it is in the list of priorities and be ready for tomorrow.

It is not a good idea to blame anyone if you did not get everything done. Take a breath, let it go.
