The fact this happened, what feels like years and years ago, and is not settled… is simply demoralizing.

Regardless of whether he's innocent or not, the fact remains that "I was out driving late at night" is a pretty humorous alibi for a murder in which the murderer was out driving late at night.
  • So he leaves his cell phone somewhere else to avoid pinging his actual location or off

You are not your cell phone. This guy has studied crime. He may have been smart enough not to bring his phone, especially if his phone was off somewhere during the crime. We’ve seen other people shut off their phone for the duration of a murder, who normally never turn off their phone. It’s almost more suspicious

Who dropped the knife sheath with his DNA on it at the crime scene?
  • @Kiki-Kauai
This was “the alibi” we’ve been waiting on? We already knew he was out driving around. Mr Kohberger did not help himself with this.
  • This entire trial is ridiculous. This creep killed people. He’s a law student and probably researched every possible defense strategy he could research. That’s not an alibi. An actual alibi is when people see you, can verify it and is solid.
  • @funchik93
This just makes him seem more psychopathic
  • @phil4208
1 man committed mass murder , he's sitting in jail and expect the death penalty
  • The investigation seemed sloppy! If gps can place him else where, who planted the dna evidence? The crime scene was compromised at the start. If i was on the jury id have reasonable doubt.
  • @NYCHFAN
He was driving around late at night alright - right to house where he commited murder. Not only that, almost 100% of people who have a cellphone will take it with it with them on a late night drive.

I can't believe how slow this business has been. Shouldn't it have been over by now? Geez!

Alibi LOL I'm pretty sure if Bryan actually had a real Get Out of Jail Free Card he would have used it by now.
