Have a big heart, be flexible, open-minded, adaptable to changes, accept the fact that each person is unique, special, have different preference, interest, belief, culture, language, etc. Appreciate the good and beautiful things in the world! and be grateful that you guys are still alive, have legs to walk, have hands to do things, have eyes to see beautiful nature, flowers, lakes, waterfalls, birds, animals, and nice things. You still have ears to hear music, nice words from friends or loved ones. You can talk and eat delicious food! You're not sick, disabled, or handicap in a wheelchair. So, get up and walk, seek ways to improve yourself and your difficult situations. We only live Once! not twice! Can’t take anything with us when we die! So, enjoy life before you are sick, weak, old, and die! If you want others to do good to you , you have to do good to them! Negative + Negative = more Negatives!
