  • I really like these releases - mine are still in the US mint packaging. Congrats on the 70s.
  • Love these. I too collect random ASE proofs/finishes as a type. The mint has done some neat ones recently. Thanks for sharing brother!

You have been busy doing bullion and numismatic videos. That is a couple of great looking Eagles. I don't collect eagles except for some tubes I have but I think the slabbed ones with the SP designation means either Specimen Proof or Special Proof. GD

Hi Bigstack, SP = specimen. Nice pair. I just have the 2021 types 1 and 2 RP Eagles.

Nice pick ups! I love collecting special eagles. I belive the SP is special or specimen proof. , it is used for the modern gold 1 oz liberty series and is basically proof like background with frosted image, so not full on proof. I have a 2019 eagle RP that came in the pride of 2 nations set with has a special edition maple with it, and It is very beautiful. The new reverse proof I believe 2021 are also really cool, I have a couple sets that I sent for grading so it's cool because there is matching type 1 and type 2. Nothing compares to the enhanced reverse proof though!!!

Very Beautiful Coins...It Is Crazy That Dealers Are Charging North Of $12 Premium On Regular ASE 🤑
  • Enhanced ebay auction 11/1/22 $113 w free s&h. Love the enhanced proofs and reverse proof coins. Very nice looking
  • Been bidding on the Enhanced ones on Ebay for over a year. Found a unique one worth upping my bid for. It's in an ANACS holder with the 'Enhanced Uncirculated' designation and EU-70 First Release grade. Legit 70 appearance, not the usual 70=68 ANACS negative association. Unique holder/grade/label. You know what everyone says: "Buy the holder, not the coin." haha It's always fun when you can cross a coin off the bucket list.
