What i and a lot of other fans really like about SEAN is that if he is not doing the cleanup for a live renter or owner he just cleans it up in hope that it is seen as move in ready to a new buyer of the property! He always done a perfect job too!

Fantastic transformation! I live in Western Australia and we have such a bad rental crisis at the moment that there are families living in tents under bridges, it saddens me that a property like that would be left empty and unloved.

I am a utube yardwork junkie and I must say : YOU ARE ONE OF FEW ( and they’re all great) who seems to pay attention to the walkways/borders….. trimming the hedges back like you are in battle (no fear !) That was a really nice thing to do! They probably are planning on selling or renting it out but the task of cleaning out the inside, that the thought of cleaning up the outside was too much.
