What To Pack For A Cruise…Must Haves!

WOW! - I am going on my first cruise in a couple of months. While I am traveling with two seasoned cruisers, I am mind boggled!! This video gives me a really good idea of what to start purchasing. Thank you so much.

I loved your comment about flying fish! Haha. Everyone thought I was crazy when I came home from our Carribbean cruise and told them about all the flying fish we saw while sailing. They truly are pretty cool and binoculars would have been a great idea had I known before hand! There were also a few times that dolphins were around, so they would have come in handy then as well. Great video and you seem like a fun cruising buddy!!!

I have a small flash drive attached to my lanyard which contains all my medical info including all my allergies, medicines with dosages and medical histories. I have it marked with a red cross painted on it in nail polish so the medical personnel can tell what it's for

Sun burn - $1 can of shaving cream - plain unscented. Takes the sting out - just spray it on and leave for 15-20 min. Shower off or remove with damp soft cloth. For bad burns you might have to apply 2x. Works every time. I take 2 cans with me every vacation!

I'm an ebags fan too. All of my packing cubes and most of my luggage came from them. I bet you are sooooo excited for your cruise :)

You are my kinda woman! I am equally organized and I tell my daughter all the time: if we are prepared, Murphy's Law does not visit us. I don't like spending tons of money out there when I could have packed it. You reminded me of the flash light, though we pack night lights for the bathrooms. I don't like to be totally in the dark when I am away from home and may not remember the floor plan in the middle of the night. :-) Thank you very much for taking the time to do this.

Great video! I will be cruising Feb. 2017 on Carnival Dream out of NOLA. Two things I find helpful that you do not have. 1) a small wash basin, mine is about 12x12 inches and some Delicare for washing out bathing suits and lingere. 2) And a mesh thing with a hook to hang it at the top , got it at the Dollar Store, for the bathtub to put shampoo and conditioner, a razor and shave cream, soap and anything you need for the shower. Oh, also some of those over the door plastic hangers for clothes for when you get them out to wear that day.
