Deb this was an excellent episode I have so many comments but I'll start with Adams last text to Charles when they discussed Alex truck being at Lori's house was suspicious and for him to be careful. Adam was supposed to meet up with him for an intervention as it turns out Adam didn't try to get in contact for 2 days when his friend googled Charles name, and that's how he found out Charles was shot killed by Alex. You got to remember blood is thicker than water and Charles was not blood he was just a cash cow for all of his in laws. I have always believed Adam Cox was a real mole in all of this. Second thing people need to quit saying Chad caused an otherwise perfect mom, Lori tonturn rogue like this. No she told Annie Cushing years ago when she was going through nasty divorce and custody battle with Joe Ryan and she said something to the effect of just driving her entire family off the cliff because the world was coming to an end anyway or something to that effect. When Chad came along what his problem was he didn't want any dependent children he already had a gaggle of children and grandchildren so in this case Lori reminds me of Susan Smith who got rid of her two children because she wanted a man who didn't want children, he wanted to live in Hawaii paradise with Lori, aka Elana or Lily. Same thing with Diane Downs story She killed her children because of a man she wanted but he didn't want children and so she eliminated them but 2 girl survived and testified against her in court. Thirdly, I could talk about how they all set Joe Ryan up to be tased kidnapped taken to the desert where I believe a grave was dug, Just like Alex admitted. Debbie I have to wonder how much Charles knew because he was in a pickup truck with Tylee at the court ordered pickup place waiting to see if Alex pulled it off. I also believe that it was Charles's money that got him a good lawyer to get him out of a attempted murder charges on Joe Ryan in fact he only ended up serving 90 days because Charles got him such a good lawyer isn't that ironic that Charles would hire a lawyer to get him out of jail that make him available to pull the same thing on him. I still believe Alex and Laura killed Joe Ryan and they might have had little help with another cult friend. In fact she told April Raymond before Joe run was killed that she was going to pay Alex to do it then when Joe Ryan was deceased she actually told April Raymond that she did in fact pay Alex to kill him. Unfortunately no internal exam was done on Joe Ryan It was just a visual no blood test for poisoning or anything was done. I still hope he gets justice Sorry this is so long but I've been following this case for 4 years and I have a huge notebook full of notes and a lot of them are from your podcast. So thank you for all your hard work It's helped me a lot come to terms with vengeance is the Lord's We just try to piece it together so people don't get away with these horrendous crimes especially against children. If they ever make another film of this, i hope they make Chander LE look like the Keystone cops which they are. I just wish the trials were over. Its time for healing.
