I have a lot of respect for these guys. They make music they love, not bothered if they offend anyone. They are just being themselves. đź‘Ź
  • I'm learning the hard way, fell off the wagon after 2 years, I'm in hospital at the moment detoxing and getting better, your a massive inspiration to me Jason, thank you so much, we are the Mods.

One of the best British bands of the last thirty years. Touch on every aspect of normal existence with substance, wit, creativity and intelligence!
  • British music at its best is raw attitude and wordplay, Sleaford Mods have captured that really well

Got put onto The Sleaford Mods by a good friend and I can’t stop listening. Love it and keep up the good work Jason & Andy.

Bit of an honest, heart warming interview. Welcome change. There is hope, top and humble men. Cheers
  • As a punk back in the day ,this bank ticks all the boxes honestly, raw,non conformist and that beat makes a 60 plus year old very happy ❤

The change in what they write about in relation to their success reminds me of The Streets, they did the same. I think it’s inevitable really, if they are gonna write with integrity, rather than pretend to just be living the same life they had before. It’s possible that this means they can’t make albums as good as their first albums, but for me, I think they’re still great, their edgy sense of humour shines through.

I agree with him about the drugs...some people go down the road of drugs and going on a huge journey, across years.. only to come back to yourself...and then that's enough...you don't need the drugs because you are enough...more than enough and reality is the drug...for the want of a better word...you have found yourself....and that's OK...then you begin to regret the time lost on drugs but maybe the journey was something you needed...to knock the scrap yard train into shape or like banging on an old TV that doesn't work properly...and after a few bangs..for some incomprehensible reason starts to work...like some peice through the vibration and violence..falls into place.

I really dig his willingness not to just say 'no regrets'. That's the way we're taught to think, and in a way that's healthy—not too much shame and all that. But also, sometimes we do stuff that maybe wasn't so good long term.
  • Was working at lattitude and came to see you. Awesome gig. Saw you walk past me just before gig and shouted 'Oi Jason' like the wanker I am. Sorry bout that. Crackin gig đź‘Ť
