This is our towns 3t22 it is still tested every first Thursday of every month.sorry I never got a film of it. I have a video In my back yard when it was going off.I will be posting it soon though it isn't very good audio.What is the siren on the on the left? EDIT: I talk to much in the siren audio so I won't be posting it. and I think the black siren may be a Soundmaster 115.

UPDATE THIS SIREN MALFUNCTIONED IN JULY AND DID NOT SOUND FOR THE AUGUST TESTING DAY.

YET ANOTHER UPDATE: The siren has been back working since the September test, but I got a rumor from a firefighter that the Fire Department is thinking about replacing these sirens. I've been saving tons of money to buy these sirens since I heard this rumor.

@Droideka133 I think, the black siren, was the towns old siren, but I wasn't alive to see it running, I think the 3t22 siren also, was not originally on the post-mount it was on the building, and then they built the post-mount, and that is where I'm stumped with your comment because, I don't know why they kept it.

The black siren looks like either a Model 2 or a Model 5 missing it's housing.

It might have been kept as a back-up in case one failed

it could be. All I know is that it is no longer in service and the control box is in the building behind it

If I am right, It kinda looks like a federal 2T siren painted black. PS, Why would a town need 2 sirens on one post-mount ?

@ricofojas2011 Well back in the 1970's when it was installed, the red light would go on for a fire, and the clear one would go on for a nuclear threat or bad weather.

@bostonguy1282 It looks like it was take with a Flip, which is a tiny camcorder,very easy to be figity with.

Yeah I use a Flip camcorder and have to save them to my PC and then browse my saved videos on my computer and pick the vid I want to upload but to save the vids to my computer I have to have my Flip in a USB port
