Nuzlocke Rules:
1 - If a Pokemon faints it’s considered "dead," and cannot be used.
2 - We can only catch the first Pokemon we encounter in an area.
Cagelocke Rules:
1 - After each Gym Battle, we’ll battle in a Cagematch
•Each Player elects a Pokemon for a 1v1 battle
•Set to Level 50
•The losing Pokemon in the Cagematch is considered dead
•Pokemon can only be sent in a Cagematch a max of two times
2 - The winner of the Cagematch chooses one of three rewards for their winning Pokemon
•Unlimited TM Usage for that Pokemon
•Unlimited Held Item Usage for that Pokemon
•Unlimited Egg Moves for that Pokemon
3 - TM’s, Held Items, and Egg Moves cannot be taught/given to a Pokemon unless that reward has been won and chosen from a Cagematch.
4 - After completing the game, both players will compete in a 6v6 battle to decide the winner of the CageLocke. Whoever won the most Cagematches gets access to all 3 rewards for their whole Pokemon team. If both players tie in wins, both get access to all 3 rewards.

Okay so imposter copies EVERYTHING except for hp so speed is copied which is why Ditto normally runs Choice Scarf. The reason why it runs max Hp Max defence just because you need Hp since that doesn't change and defence cause what else would you invest in. This is also why in AAA in pokemon showdown Imposter Blissey is illegal since that would be insane.
