I'm just impressed how he managed to arrange all of this and still be able to looked more organised than my room 😭
  • @Dave....
A lot of people say they are one of a kind. But this dude really lives and breathes that shit. Great episode!

place has more personality then any of the expensive apartments he's shown

Okay this was so wholesome and fun, so full of life. This man's life is full of art, childlike joy and shenanigans. He is living the life without a care of what others think all the while being respectul of others, boundaries and so much appreciation for art and authenticity. This house tour is a experience

People: NYC is so dangerous! This guy: Leaves door open all day because he loves to be a host and hasn’t mentioned anything awful happening because of it.
  • This is it. I adore him and his space. My favorite NYC apartment tour yet.

Hollywood could never write a character even close to this guy. He's fascinating. Even the place itself is fascinating; imagine everything that went on there especially in the 70s as a bar. And he lives there. So many amazing layers of life all in one.
  • Wow, this is so cool. I walked by this place almost every time I go to work I’ve always wondered how it looked inside.
  • Not to be dramatic but I actually cried watching this (down bad) because I didn’t really know guys like him existed. I’m very similar and called a hoarder even though I clean meticulously and organize. This is just really sweet and cool! I hope he has the best life.

We need people like him on every corner of every city

I feel special because I know his mom, and she's just as awesome as he is.
  • This guy has more New York in his blood than all the other interviewed ones together❤

I love how the space is meant to be interactive. Entering is a stimulating experience where everything can be intervened, touched and enjoyed. It is a sensory experience of complete disrespect for the productivity of the capitalist system. A space that fulfills the function of inspiring and generating chatter. This home is a completely artistic installation that laughs at itself and makes fun of the concept of "house" as a functional space.
  • He's lovely. I often think about how my living space would be if I wasn't sharing it with someone who doesn't have the same aesthetic. His creativity is fun and welcoming. :)

This is such a stand out finding. What a character and what an amazing place that suits his character so much. Seems like a genuine person who simply gets to do what he wants but in a way that reminds you of your own young self somehow.

This place looks like pure chaos, but at the same time is really clean and kinda organised o.O I love it
