This left out 'glycation' - the ageing process that happens to our skin when we consume sugars. Cutting out sugar is one of the most potent anti ageing things anyone can do.

No wonder I look 15 yrs younger than my age. Never have any joint or bone or back issues in my life either. I'm into a light easy jog which is very relaxing and actually sends a TINGLE throughout my body right when I start the 'trot'... I go 2 - 4 miles very slowly 2 - 4 times weekly. Plus I do small weights cpl x weekly. And I try to get extra rest or sleep when I need to.

Thank you soooo much for these awesome tips. I do them all but I have some problems regarding depression, which is preventing me from doing much activity in my life :( , plus other problems that I have.

Plant food ??? You’re referring to sugar, starch, and lectins? Such sweeping statements destroy your credibility.

Soy and canola are extremely inflammatory and not fit for human consumption. That's where you lost any credibility with me.
  • I think God gives us the answers through the scientist so that way we won't age well spread the word.
