"Fallout 4 OP early game!!". Nice idea right? Ever wonder how it's like to have max special stats at the beginning of the game? Without any mod? Want to achieve it yourself? I might have something for you.

This glitch can be performed in any vanilla Fallout 4 game. It can be used to duplicate the You're Special book and any kind of material. There is also a craft glitch, where we can craft items without actually needing the required material.

Modded games? As long as they didn't "fix" the glitch specifically, it should always be doable. Besides, this glitch is more like a flaw in the game mechanics because... well, Bethesda. Or, to put it more simply, a "feature". A very helpful "feature".

    You can stack any attribute de-buff, like survival dehydration, hunger, sleep deprivation, chem addictions, alcohol addiction, food/drink de-buff, dark hunger etc. If you manage to stack every single de-buff/addiction effect its is entirely possible to make all your specials into 20, some specials are going to go well into their 30 and 40.
  • I actually know a way to make the melee build the most powerful damage dealer in the game. All it requires is for you to consume one Yao guai roast and then you deal 500% melee damage for 1 hour. It’s still not patched in the final game. Bethesda never caught it.
  • Pip boy will show 1 in each stat, but they are in fact in the negatives and will require a number of books be used to reach 2 before changing in the pip boy. 48 intelligence is the max if going 1 cha, 1 int, 9 perception, 5 luck at the start, unless I forgot something. +144% xp, 5% with a companion and the magazine, 15% from lover's embrace for x2.64 xp 100% of the time at night, and on chems. While retaining the 1% chance for x5 xp from Idiot Savant using the special exploit in conjunction with the xp exploit. | 44 settlers allowed at settlements when wearing the charisma headwear and glasses items at night for recruitment purposes. Starting Stats: S 4 P 10 E 4 C 1 I 1 A 3 L 5 Survival mode debuffs, plus chem addiction debuffs, vim's captains blend, liam's glasses, tattered rags and resulting final count with bobblehead after books are used. S -9 = 20 str P -7 = 18 per E -8 = 19 end C -13 = 24 cha I -11 = 22 int A -8 = 19 agl L -7 = 18 luck Total number of duped books needed, 133. Hands off buffs, requiring no items be actively used from the inventory just located/placed: Night Person, +30 hp and +3 int and perception between 6 pm and 6 am. Solar Powered, +2 strength and endurance during 6 am and 6 pm. Health regen, and rad flushing. VANS, +2 perception. Combine with both above to have 15 or 18 perception depending on the time of day. SCAV #5 Motivationally Moneyless, +1-3 strength and endurance based on carried caps. Barber Chair, +1 charisma until another stat enhancing piece is used. Phoropter, +1 perception until another stat enhancing piece is used. Pommel Horse, +1 agility until another stat enhancing piece is used. Power Cycle 1000, +1 endurance until another stat enhancing piece is used. Slot Machine, +1 luck until another stat enhancing piece is used.     I should add That if you want to increase your perception stat there is lots of drugged water in hallucinogen inc. building So maybe do that before the survival trick for optimal non modded playthrough

    you can also use addictions to lower your stats even more, x-cell and day tripper are in the concord speakeasy and most other addictable chems are pretty common except daddy-o and calmex

    I did this. By level 47, an Assaultron Dominator's laser only took about 30% of my health..
  • Honestly, being able to just get my base SPECIAL stats to 10 w/o leveling up and leaving Sanctuary is more than enough for me. My only question - does this method still work? Any who, I'm definitely going to have to try this out when I upgrade to a Series X and get Fallout 4 too.

  • I had absolutely no idea this game had conveyer belts. Is it from a DLC? If so, bruh, but I guess that makes sense.

    (Arguably) Easier method: Before explaining, make sure to disable Unofficial Patch and Workshop Framework as they fuck it up. Sorting system should also be disabled (I use Valdacil's) but i am not sure if every sorting systems screw u over. So you will of course need the Youre Special book. Next you need a weapon you can mod in the workbench. You will need the resources to craft anything in the first modification of a weapon. (Eg. 10mm Pistol reciever) Its mostly easier if you remove every item you have in your inv. Name your weapon X (capital, it needs to be right above the you're special book when accessing the transfer gui) Now press E(modify) then R(scrap) in quick succession. Succeeding will leave you with the scrap option but also in the modifying screen. (If youre confused on how you should see the result, go to the next video of this channel about the MIRV pipe pistol) Now confirm the scrap, and you will see the youre special book instead, then build any mod onto the book from the weapon Finally, you can drop the youre special book and it will now be scrapable. Simply perfrom the duplication glitch on it for max stats and enjoy. The book wont be duped, but it will be refreshed as if it was never used.
  • I got my wanderer stats to 15+ on all stats but still die when I played Frost. So I don't think op stats will help in most cases!
