While spending 3 days in southern California mowing people's yards for free, I stumbled upon this yard that looked like a complete abandoned mess. When I began to film, one of the neighbors came out and told me that the city came by and shut down the homeowners remodel due to violating codes and not having permits to do the work. This has led the neighbors to be confused about whether or not any work will ever get done. One neighbor said that the filth stacked against his fence probably has termites in it. The other neighbor replied, "Who knows what else..."

    Another pretty neighborhood and such friendly folks! I lived in northern California for two years and loved it -- folks were so nice and friendly. We established deep social roots and it was so hard to move when we did. Nice work yet again!
