I have pretty advanced AS, Ive been diagnosed for over 3 decades but definitely had symptoms long before that time. I know that now. I am pretty well aware of most of the manifestations of this disease. I have just been acquainted with the renal manifestations of the disease, and I’m definitely not a fan. I just wanted to ask about the images you have on the cover page. What I think is pictures of the lower leg, are you just showing the manifestations of PsA and Psoriasis on the legs? It’s slightly hard to see. I know I don’t have Psoriasis but do have what looks like small patches of bruising that never seem to completely clear, as well as swelling that never completely clears either. If this is not psoriasis would you mind commenting on what it actually is. Thanks so much for sharing this vital information. I only wish I had access to this kind of information when my AS was being extremely difficult to diagnose. Thanks so much from sunny Australia.
