    Thank you for posting this video.  I got a broken sanding belt stuck in my almost brand new sander and it took me all but 15 minutes to take it apart and extract it, after watching the first 5 minutes of your video.

  • Does anyone have a source for the wiring diagram for this . I got into a mess in replacing wires into the switch.

    Warning: This isn't a very good video. I'd like to think it might be of some value to somebody that needed to repair a DS-321 belt sander and if you own one you will probably need to repair it at some time. They are pretty crappy. Mostly I made it to get a feel for how hard it is to make a how-to video. This took me about an hour including the editing, and for my first shot it isn't completely terrible, but still it seems like just about any video out there will be better than this one.
