Alice Coltrane was a deeply mystical genius. Journey in Satchidananda is my favorite jazz record and one of my desert island albums.
  • I have goose bumps & chicken skin...my favourite form of jazz! Alice was a game changer as musician like her husband...but for me SHE is the queen of jazz with her incredible harp style! Wonderful music that overpasses all borders! To reach the stars upon us. Looove it!🤷🏼‍♂️🧘🏼‍♂️❤😊🎉

My deep, abiding, and profound blessing and joy to have experienced her ecstatic musical offerings, and to have spent private, one-on-one time with her at her ashram in Agoura Hills, CA. Such blessed experiences with someone of her extraordinary talent and spiritual stature are beyond space-time.

Absolutely beautiful! There are times and performances, however, that would benefit from not having the audience applause be the finale to such a serene and spiritual piece.

you just have to look at the productions of jhonet Alice coltrane to see that this couple would, if they had belonged to the rock world, all their quality work would have had a huge success. they quickly understood the codes that lead to quality.

Alice Coltrane is one of the pinnacles of jazz as an artform and anyone who doesn't recognize her as such is an absolute plebeian
