Thank you Kensie for "lighting the candle" of many of your viewers. Your self-reflection is one of a person in transition through one of life's most important stages. That would be moving from the dependency of an adolescent to that of a self-supporting young adult. You mention you have no idea why you eventually singled out Portland as a place to make a new beginning. I think the answer to that question will eventually make itself known. Perhaps that love interest you are seeking has sent out a wish to meet somebody just like you and you have unconsciously answered. Know this, whatever happens in your future, you're a winner.
  • This is so motivating to hear! I also enjoy watching your vids for the clips of Portland scenery and also just your fun personality . T-minus 60 days until my move there, so I’m vicariously living through you right now 🥰 If it’s something you’re willing to share on, would love to hear about how you saved and budgeted for a move across country!
  • Thanks for sharing your journey thus far. Thank you for facing your anxiety and depression. It takes a lot of courage for anyone to reach out for help, and you did by going to therapy. You have a beautiful soul, it shows from your eyes. I believe the eyes are windows to the soul. I wish my 28 yr old son had the same positive outlook you do. I did get him into therapy when he was about 18, however it takes some trial and error to find a good fit in a therapist. He is doing better now, but knows he has deep issues and they are obstacles in his life. Thanks again for sharing.

I’m probably older than your mother, but love your story and welcome to Portland. I also moved to Portland from Hawaii not too long ago.

Really enjoy how genuine, informed, and open you are when it comes to mental illness. And your editing is seriously getting better almost every video. Yes, i said almost. Because... no crocs. (and with that, no more croc jokes.)
