Prepper Pantry Essentials | Moving Update | Preparedness on a Budget

We recently moved across country to a more affordable area. No friends or family but we were welcomed and continue to meet the nicest people. We took way too much stuff with us. Including everything I had been stocking up for a potential SHTF event.

We drove across country and took our freezer items with us. We bought a couple of very large coolers and used dry ice. It took us 4 days and we topped off the dry ice at the end of each day. We moved in September. Everything remained frozen and good. Might be something to think about. Just don't forget to use gloves if you use dry ice.

I live in a very small town in the country in PA. We are so happy here no one rushes around it's very safe. Pay rates for jobs are great and rents are low if you need to rent.

I am definitely in the praying spirit. God loves to provide the hearts desires. Love the video .

We left Colorado (we’re both from there) for a cheaper state too. It’s so crowded and awful now there, we don’t miss it at all after two years away.

My husband is from PA! Just went for the first time in October, love it! Going again soon. 😊 Bucks County.

Love your channel, and all of your sincere efforts to keep your family prepared for the uncertainty in the world / economy! I wish you were moving to a different state, because the nonsense and heinous govt action against Amos Miller (Amish farmer) by the state of PA makes me swear I will never even drive through PA. But FAMILY first, I get it. I'm planning to move back to KS (KC area) to be with all of my grown kiddos - hoping things will work out economically for me to do that before end of 2024. KS has turned a bit shockingly Blue, but there's stlll enough farm-minded people that I can't see an Amos Miller situation happening there (I hope!). So we are both now in a state-of-moving flux, very tricky. I'm going with having a 3-mo supply max of any given staple. Right now, I have at least 6 mo of meats in freezer, so I'll be doing the pantry challenge all thru 2024. Blessings to you and your family for all of your plans ahead! 💗

I brought Mt preps with me. 600 miles away.

If u take your freezers u can use a small generator to keep the freezers running and food frozen .I seen a man who lives up north of me .he comes hear to get most of his food because food prices are higher where he lives .so he put a large freezer in a trailer and a generator to run it .he told me it works grate for him .
