I like the video but bringing Monitor and Abuse on Doctor can actually work against you now, since static blast works off your terror radius, it could cheat you out of survivors that are normally in your terror radius, You could bring distressing or some other perk if you want to have a bigger terror radius, but personally I would take pop. Still nice video though!
