  • Great advise, thanks. I always run wearing a safety vest or high visual colors. I also always carry an expired driver’s license for ID and a medical insurance card, to show I have insurance. Another suggestion, from trail running is folks carry bear spray. Shoots further than pepper spray. Keep up the great channel.

    I love my Shokz headphones and my Road ID. Also, be proactive where you park your car. There is a trailhead nearby with a large parking area and last year there was a rash of car break-ins.
