  • Joe Elliott was the most gorgeous man alive back then! His eyes just make you melt.

Steve Clark has never received enough credit for the incredible body of work that he created. Don't get me wrong because Phil Collen was and is a legendary lead guitarist. But Steve was the musical genius of DefLep, he was the man behind most of those signature riffs that separated the band from its contemporaries.
  • My heart still beaks for Steve...Such a sweet soul and so many demons...Sad...

Joe on hotel rooms: “We don’t wreck hotels, it’s BORING, everybody wrecks hotels. We go ‘round cleanin’ ‘em, yah, that’s what we do.” 😂😂😂

2 boys in this vid, one with an attitude and ready to take on the world and one with depression and low self esteem. I miss you Steve ❤
  • This video was recorded sometime after Joe Elliott's 22nd birthday on August 1, 1981, but before Rick Allen's 18th birthday on November 1, 1981. Joe Elliot mentions the band members ages during the interview, his being 22, but saying the Drummer Rick Allen was 17. So sometime between August 1, 1981 and October 31, 1981, in the United States.
  • In interviews, Steve always behaved like a gentleman. During interviews you could see how he took the questions seriously and he always replied with intelligent and thoughtful answers. To Steve's Mum, you raised a good boy. He was poised, polite, patient, and a perfect gentleman. 💕💯🎸

We met them back stage in San Diego late 80s. Joe was funny roudy, Phil was talkative. Steve was quiet, I talked to Steve about what it is like on stage and he lit up in conversation. Fun talented young folks

I can't tell if Steve was happy or sad in this clip. Either way, he is so precious and incredibly beautiful to look at!
  • I really wouldn't have thought that interviews or even videos of the band would exist from the time there was the Clark and Willis duo. Really cool interview seeing that this was from around the time High 'n' Dry was released in 1981.

RIP and long live Steve Clark (April 23, 1960 - January 8, 1991), aged 30 You will always be remembered as a legend.
  • They are both so cute here. You can tell who the front man is. Steve was the quiet one,so sad that he was taken away at such a young age. He really could make a guitar sing. Absolutely Amazing 🤩🤩🤩

Can't get enough of watching precious Steve... His eyes looked sad even when he laughed. Makes me so sad, 🥺😥
  • Cant take my eyes off Joe...so gorgeous I get offended....and cocky confidence as well....what a hot combination !! Pardon my shallow comment, cant help myself !
  • @FrostbiteBaby
OMG, they were just babies here! So beautiful, both of them. Especially Steve. What an angel. 😍🖤
