Thru hiking the Pacific Crest Trail 1993

This video is a collection of images taken on a thru-hike of the Pacific Crest Trail in 1993. The photographs were taken on transparency film using a Canon Rebel SLR camera and recently digitized. The first and last image represent the start and end of the Mexico to Canada hike. All others in between are not necessarily in chronological order. The intention was that the music and images convey what it is like to be on a 5 month journey through a majestic landscape.

Great to finally see this again, more than 20 years later. It was possibly my biggest inspiration for wanting to hike the PCT. It could also be considered a companion piece to Suzanne's "Sticking To It" Appalachian Trail video, which featured many of your 1991 AT photos - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NgTUfO6Ivtc. Nice to know that both videos are out there now for the world to see.
