This is genius. This should be law. Victims get the rights over the name of their attacker. How has this never been done before. Brilliant.

Anthony Borges now owns Nikolas Cruz’s name. So if people want to make books, netflix/hulu streaming specials, newsmagazine exposes, true crime documentaries using his name they can't unless Borges says it’s OK. Even interviews since the headline wlll be his name and can't now the interview can't be published anywhere. Anthony has silenced Nikolas to avoid him and others more ptsd from ever hearing about him again.
