Dear Kellee, you mentioned birds acting funny. I was driving and saw a bird in the middle of the road, still alive, on a hot and 90+ degree day. I turned the car around, picked up the little guy that was clearly suffering from heat stroke. I cooled it off from my car's air-conditioner vent. He started to come back to life, and when he started pecking at me, I knew he would be okay. I let him go in the bushes, near where I found him. He turned back and looked at me as he hopped away, as if to say "Thanks". Found out he was a grey Cat Bird. Yea, I saved a little life that day!
