Look at Minshew's numbers in 12 personnel. I saw a clip of Dan Orlovsky talking about it after the Bowers pick. Tops in the league type numbers. The Stache Brothers are gonna shock the league.

Imagine a TE trips on either side of the field and then Meyers or Adams lined up on the opposing side of the field. That is extremely scary apart from jet sweets and jumbo sets.

I believe the main reason most teams don’t run the 12 man personnel is the fact that the 12 personnel heavily relies on having two tight ends who are versatile enough to both block effectively and be credible threats in the receiving game. Without such players, the formation can become less efficient. If you happen to have two amazing tight ends (Raiders)… this could be a game changer
