If the hamster eats 15 grams of nuts per day and it takes around 15012 years to complete the trip around the world, we can calculate the total amount of food needed. Total days = 15012 years * 365 days/year = approximately 5 479 380 days Total nuts = 15 grams/day * 5 479 380 days β‰ˆ 82,190,700 grams This means the hamster would need around 82,190,700 grams of food to sustain itself over the course of the trip around the world. Keep in mind that this is a simplified calculation and doesn't account for changes in the hamster's dietary needs, storage, spoilage, or other practical factors. If the hamster mobile travels 100 kilometers, we can calculate how much food it would spend based on its speed and daily consumption. Distance = 100 km = 100 000 000 mm (since 1 km = 1 000 000 mm) Time = Distance / Speed = 100 000 000 mm / 4.1 mm/s β‰ˆ 24,390,243 seconds Since the hamster runs for 1800 seconds per day, it would run for approximately 13 550 days to cover 100 kilometers. Food consumption for 100 kilometers = 15 grams/day * 13 550 days β‰ˆ 203 250 grams So, the hamster would need around 203 250 grams of food to cover a distance of 100 kilometers.

There was a study with rats that found that they enjoy driving little rat-sized cars, even when no treats were offered. I'd love to see you do something similar. Not sure if a hamster is quite smart enough to figure a car out, but it seems worth a try. I'm vaguely familiar with the intelligence of rats, but idk if hamsters are at the same level. Even if this one can't work out the controls, it'd be fun to design and build. Must say, I approve of the snack choice. Pumpkin seeds are tasty.
